Did you know that you retain more toxins than you throw away.  Our cells have the ability to vibrate at a very high level. But when we are exposed to or consume toxins, our body cannot effectively eliminate them and is forced to store them in the cells, leading to lower vibration and disease.

Because of the toxicity of the environment we all live in, we all need to cleanse our bodies, from young to old.

Where do toxins come from?

Amalgam fillings

Dental amalgam fillings are not safe! Mercury in them is the second most toxic element on the planet. There are over 4,000 research papers showing mercury as highly toxic.

Yet they are placed inches from the brain, from which mercury constantly flows into the body. Studies show that the more amalgam filling a person has, the more mercury there is in his organs, including the brain, kidneys, liver and heart.

Pesticides, insecticides and herbicides for lawns, fruit trees and gardens and for indoor insect control

Water

The Working Group on the Environment (EWG) has prepared a report on the quality of drinking water in the United States, which found more than 300 pollutants between 2004 and 2009. More than half of these chemicals are unregulated. Two hazardous chemicals are added to the water that must be eliminated: chlorine and fluoride, as well as pharmaceuticals

Steps for physical cleansing

3-6 liters of clean filtered water per day

Make it a habit to drink plenty of water needed to eliminate toxins. Drink filtered or distilled water  (with lemon or ziolite).

70 – 80% raw organic diet with whole fruits and vegetables

Many of the standard foods in the modern diet are salty and harmful to our bodies and as a result, our society is sicker than ever. Some of the main culprits are:

  • processed food
  • genetic modifications
  • rancid fat
  • chemical cultivation processes
  • refined sugar
  • foods with low nutritional value

When you switch to a natural diet of mostly raw organic foods, whole fruits and vegetables, the body begins to recover from the damage caused by years of poor nutrition.

Recommendations

  • Buy local, seasonal, organic products when possible, which will increase nutrients
  • Total calories from fat should be between 10-20%.
  • Create a diet of 80% raw fruits and vegetables. Eat as many and varied fruits and leafy green and colorful vegetables throughout the year.

Drink green juice regularly

Herbs and green vegetables are well known as detoxifying agents high in nutrients. Drinking them in the form of juice allows them to pass directly into the systems of our bodies.

Juices are by nature a living multivitamin! Remember to change ingredients often.

  • Buy a high-quality juicer, preferably metal
  • Drink 1 liter of dark green juice on an empty stomach every day

Breathing

Breathing fresh air is essential for detoxification. The lungs are responsible for eliminating 80-90% of the toxins in the body when they are fully active. Proper breathing at all times is essential for cleansing our cells.

Recommendations:

  • Whenever you can, take 3 conscious breaths.
  • We recommend yogic breathing techniques – for example, an exercise called Mukha Bastrika.
  • Do long cardio exercises outdoors every week.

Additional purification techniques and processes

Although we generally avoid the unnatural for the body, we recognize that after living so unnaturally, we can do something extra to help strengthen, stimulate, and strengthen our overwhelmed bodies.

 You can use:

  • Infrared saunas
  • Hydrotherapy of the colon and enemas
  • Drinking juices or fasting with water
  • Massage with vibrating machines or other household appliance

We recommend a consistent transition to a cleaner diet, suitable for each individual. You do not need to immediately include all the habits, unless you want to and it is possible for you.

Purification too fast can lead to many problems and cause more harm than good. Just take your time and be patient.

We must first go through the detox phase, which often makes us feel bad, before we start to feel better. This initial phase can be unpleasant because the body quickly gets rid of toxins, but it passes.

Some positives that you will start to notice when consistently applying your new habits:

Natural detoxification

Lifestyle changes, including reduced stress, increased physical activity, and dietary changes are necessary with any detoxification. Deficiency of vitamins (C, E and B complex) and mineral deficiency (copper, magnesium and calcium) reduces the rate of xenobiotic biotransformation.

Many of these nutrients are deficient in today’s highly refined and nutrient-depleted diets. Low protein intake has been shown to significantly increase the toxicity of a number of xenobiotics.

Important for detoxification is removing sources of toxic exposure from the environment. Many of the steps we shared in this article may seem simple, but when applied consistently and focusing on them the results will they will come alone and transform your life.
