  • Boil 2 teaspoons of dried dandelion root in 1 cup water. Turn off the stove, cover and let it soak for about 10 minutes. Drink this tea twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for a week. You can also use it in your salad.

Note: Do not use dandelion without consulting your doctor if you have gallstones or gallbladder problems.
