To prepare a combined detox drink you will need:

  • A cup of pineapple cubes;
  • 1/2 glass of pomegranate juice;

Beet, lemons, apples and carrots

  • half a cup of sliced avocado

  • a glass of grapefruit juice

Lemons

Lemons are the most purifying citrus fruits, but their sour taste makes them impossible for consumption on their own. To take full advantage of the detoxifying properties of the lemon juice, you can combine it with apple juice, pear juice or with other fruits with milder taste.

Pineapple

Another fruit that is famous for its cleansing properties is the pineapple, and it is a great juice that you can consume separately. It won’t be bad if you add to the freshly squeezed pineapple juice some strawberry juice, half a cup of cabbage leaves and a banana. The combination can seem strange to you, but the taste is really good.

If you want to boost the detoxifying properties of the pineapple juice, you can combine it with the juice of two green apples, lemon and 100 grams of spinach.

If your skin needs cleansing, the most effective combination of fruits and vegetables that you can prepare is a blueberry juice, fresh leaves of mint, dill, green salad, cucumber and one-two „trees” of broccoli.

In order the juice detoxification to have effect during the period of following the program you have to consume only fruit or vegetable juices. Consuming green tea is allowed, and if you can‘t withstand to be only on juices, you can eat some almonds or other types of nuts, but don’t overdo it.

During the cleansing process, it is recommended to drink water, but it has to be at room temperature. The juices that you prepare also have to be at room temperature and they have to be consumed immediately after preparation.

It is not recommended to consume only one or two types of juices, therefore prepare as many juice combinations of the fruits and vegetables as possible.

The cleansing drinks should be consumed for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you feel hunger, you can make yourself another drink as an intermediate snack or you can replace it with a raw fruit, a cup of green tea or vegetable.

After completion of the detox program the feeding process should be started, as it has to be implemented gradually and slowly. During the first day of the feeding process eat some raw fruits and drink smoothies, on the next day add some solid foods (oatmeal, whole grain bread and others), then introduce the dairy products, salads and finally add the meat to your menu.
