- Shorts and long trousers for treks
- Long-sleeve shirts
- Moisture absorbing T-shirts
- A warm top garment of polar or wool
- A not very thick jacket
- A sun/rain hat
- A small folding umbrella
- A raincoat
- Sun protection cream
- Bathing suit
- Gloves, for cold weather in early spring and late autumn
- Sun glasses
- A cotton headband
- Socks, underwear, toiletries
- A camera
- A nice book to read
- Medicines that you are prescribed by doctor
The raincoat, warm top garment, jacket and hat are obligatory for everyone! Yes, even in summer! Do not miss them!
We will provide you with two T-shirts, a baseball cap, bathrobe, towels, bottles of water and a light rucksack for treks.
And remember – weight loss is imminent for you through balanced diet and increased physical activity! So you would need mostly sport clothes and accessories.
