Gathering of the group at the reception
The participants in the daily trek gather at the reception and receive instructions from the group leader for a successful and safe passage along the designated route.

Transportation by bus to the starting point of the hike
Participants move quickly, easily and pleasantly to the starting point of the daily hike with organized transport.
09:40/10:00 – 12:30/13:00
Mountain/forest trek
The trekking is made on a pre-selected route.
The leader of the group monitors changes in the time and condition of the participants and responds in a timely manner to ensure safe movement and a full experience.
12:45 – 13:00/13:30
Return to the hotel by bus
After the end of the daily mountain/forest hike, the participants return to the hotel in the same way as they left – comfortably and safely.

Lunch based on the LuckyFit REDUCTION/WEEKEND program
Lunch strictly follows the principles of nutrition set out in the program.
Ingredients with appropriate nutritional value are used for its preparation, which create a feeling of satiety.

Free time for rest and SPA
During this time, program participants can relax, sleep or enjoy professional massages and relaxing SPA treatments at the hotel’s modern wellness center.

Combined gymnastics/yoga (optional)
Physical activity in the afternoon improves the overall condition of the musculoskeletal system.
Gymnastics or yoga stimulates blood and lymph circulation, increases muscle tone, improves general physical condition.

Snack
The supportive afternoon breakfast ensures proper recovery and replenishment of the body with valuable nutrients after exercise.
The snack follows the good practices and the weight loss plan of the program.

Dinner ends the daily cycle of eating with appropriate food – clean, freshly prepared, properly processed and tailored to the goals of the participants in the program.

Latin and/or Bulgarian folk dances
Participants in the program participate in the chosen type of dance, which helps them improve their intestinal peristalsis, unload their minds and set a beautiful end to the day.
